  • This claim involved a very large total loss, where the insured was represented by a Public Adjuster
  • edjuster received a list consisting of approximately 4,000 line items and from the Public Adjuster, which it was able to consolidated down to 2,919 line items making for a more compact, readable and workable report
  • Through accurate research and pricing of the items the insurance carrier managed to settle the claim at appraisal satisfying the insured that the values were fair
  • The edjuster report was used as the basis for settlement and agreed to by all parties

  • The cause of this claim was a house explosion, where both occupants of the home unfortunately passed away
  • edjuster recreated the total loss claim with family members who did not reside in the residence

Electronic Amazon.com Gift Cards issued through exclaim allow content claim settlements to be achieved up to 3X faster than traditional industry settlement methods. exclaim interfaces directly with Amazon.com Gift Cards, providing the ease and flexibility for adjusters to assign and deliver Amazon.com Gift Card claim codes for product fulfillment and contents settlement purposes.

Compared to other settlement approaches involving contents, this solution is immediate. Process to settlement would no longer flow through normal industry waiting periods. The cards allow adjusters to provide their claimants with immediate access to electronic funds. Claimants are then able to start purchasing the replacement products for their lost or damaged content items without delay – and have the products shipped directly to their door.
