With the new release, exclaim has added support for digital signatures in the exclaim customer portal. When enabled on a claim, the policyholder is able to leverage a digital signature, when submitting their list of content items in the claim. Digital signatures elevate the claims experience–eliminating manual processes and paperwork, while optimizing the workflow and claims completion time. From simple to complex claims—the entire claims submission process is now fully digital.
