29 Jul edjuster Enhances Claim Management Solution with Latest Product Release
edjuster, a leading North American provider of end-to-end solutions for the property contents insurance marketplace, today announced the recent release of its exclaim platform – a full featured Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contents valuation and claims management system.
This new product release includes several enhancements to its industry-leading contents platform, equipping claims professionals with new features and functionality to make claims processing faster, simpler and more streamlined.
The release includes newly enhanced product search capabilities, using natural language searching and generating an ordered product list by score, based on the best text matching results from the search text, brand and model. This is supported by more intuitive navigation controls for opening item details and selecting a product for the replacement item. This new enhancement greatly improves the product entry process on claims, promotes greater accuracy and reduces time and effort in claims processing.
Additionally, a new visual indicator on the quality of the original item description and related fields has been added. This improves the Like-Kind-Quality (LKQ) matching, as the more detail the original item description contains, the more accurate the LKQ replacement matching will be. This is further supported by an enhanced dashboard which includes claim summary information, enabling users to quickly check the current state of claims processing.
“If there is one thing we have learned in over twenty years of working in property claims, it is the importance of continuing to innovate and improve our technology to allow us to increase our value offering to our many loyal clients and to ensure we have long term sustainability in our market ,” said Andy Williams, edjuster’s CEO. “We are excited to deliver so many effective improvements and enhancements to our platform and to highlight the strengths of our software and service processes in this important aspect of claims management.”
