edjuster, a leading North American provider of end-to-end services for the property contents insurance marketplace, is celebrating its twentieth anniversary in June 2020. The company provides full infrastructure and field services content claims coverage across Canada and the United States. The founding of edjuster twenty years ago initiated changes and expectations in insurance content claims settlement that have become the benchmark standard for Insurers and Claimants alike.

CEO Andy Williams founded edjuster after experiencing frustration stemming from his own insurance claim experience. He realized there was an opportunity to provide a new approach to claims settlement –in which both parties involved in the process would benefit through standardization, and a simpler, faster and more accurate method of assessing property claims and establishing settlements fairly and without dispute.
