NASHVILLE, TN— edjuster, North America’s leading provider of technology enabled end-to-end services for the property contents insurance marketplace, today announced the launch of its new, all-inclusive jewelry claims services for residential and commercial property contents claims.

For over eighteen years, edjuster has continued to innovate and expand its property contents services offering. Continuing with this theme, the company launches its new jewelry claims services division to provide new and existing insurance clients with valuations, replacements, inspection and salvage services for all jewelry-related claims for insurance clients.

The new Jewelry Claims Service Division will be led by industry expert, Laurie Wilson, GJ, AJP, HRD Antwerp Certified Diamond Grader. Laurie is as Graduate Jeweler, Canadian Jewelers Association, an Accredited Jewelry Professional, Gemological Institute of America and is a Member of the Gemological Institute of America, with over fifteen years of jewelry insurance replacement experience.

Laurie’s background and specialty training in the jewelry industry provides the tenure and industry alliances that will provide edjuster clients with the best possible outcome for their specialty jewelry claims.

The jewelry services team processes each specialty claim by researching each piece of jewelry using our proprietary SaaS platform, and providing a valuation based on current market data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. edjuster provides like kind and quality replacements of jewelry and provides our PEG (Performance Excellence Guarantee) to ensure the policyholder will receive the same or better quality attributes listed on the appraisal or receipt.
