06 Sep edjuster Announces Industry Veteran Barb Vance Joins Company as Supervisor, Field Claims
edjuster, North America’s leading provider of SaaS-based software and services to the property contents insurance marketplace, today announced that Barb Vance has joined the company as Supervisor, Field Claims, to support the Company during its extensive growth in Canada.
As edjuster continues to expand its North American footprint in the contents claims market, the addition of Ms. Vance reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing its leadership team with expertise in the market. Ms. Vance will manage high profile field claims in Ontario, as well as catastrophe claim leadership when they occur. While overseeing the field claims team, Ms. Vance will ensure support of edjuster’s Performance Excellence Guarantee (PEG) program while maintaining insurer client service level agreements.
Ms. Vance is an accomplished leader in the insurance industry, with over 20 years of experience in claims management. As a former supervisor with Economical Insurance, Barbara has a proven track record of managing consistent, quality claims flow while delivering exceptional client service. Previous experience managing operations and client service teams with Crawford & Company has provided additional expertise that will benefit the staff and clients of edjuster.
